Mobile Application License Agreement

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

1. License Grant

PNBschool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for personal or authorized professional educational use, in accordance with this Agreement.

The App and its content are licensed, not sold.

2. Access Models and Payment Methods

A. Individual Access – App Store / Google Play

The App may be downloaded and used free of charge with access to selected educational content.

Certain features, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) content, may require an in-app purchase.

• In-app purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Pricing for CME access is “X” and subject to change
• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store
• PNBschool does not collect or store payment card information for in-app purchases

B. Enterprise Access – Direct License and Invoicing

PNBschool may offer enterprise licenses to organizations under a separate written enterprise agreement.

• Enterprise licenses are not purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is made via direct invoice to PNBschool
• Access may be provisioned based on organizational affiliation or email domain
• Pricing, duration, scope of access, CME eligibility, renewals, and termination are governed by the enterprise agreement

3. Educational Use Only

The App and all content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or patient-specific medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, extract, or harvest App content for commercial, AI, or ML purposes
• Share access credentials or enterprise entitlements without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to PNBschool and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

6. CME-Specific Terms

CME content may be offered in collaboration with an independent accredited CME provider.

PNBschool does not guarantee CME credit eligibility or acceptance.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

PNBschool may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement or expiration of an enterprise license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNBschool shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
